For those in commercial real estate, issues may arise with the business owners not paying their rent and any fees applicable. In some situations, the business performing inside the buildings may not be what the owner of the buildings allows. For the business, they may find themselves in a situation where the building owner may have a dangerous issue that brings the building not up to code.
