COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

what can a lawyer do for a

client in commercial real estate?

For those in commercial real estate, issues may arise with the business owners not paying their rent and any fees applicable. In some situations, the business performing inside the buildings may not be what the owner of the buildings allows. To give an example, if the owner of a commercial real estate property leases out to a business with the agreement that they are performing arts and crafts sales, the business owner cannot come back behind the contract and sell motor oil or any hazardous chemicals. For the business, they may find themselves in a situation where the building owner may have a dangerous issue that brings the building not up to code. Then the business can take action to keep themselves or their customers safe. The proper thing is always politely to bring it up to the property owner before going over their head.

A LAWYER WHO KNOWS

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE CAN TAKE ON ANY CASE DEALING WITH BUSINESS

PROPERTIES.

Key in the Lock

EVERY BUSINESS HAS A COMPANY LAW THEY FOLLOW, OR PUT OUT A SET OF RULES FOR THEIR WORKERS TO FOLLOW. THESE ARE USUALLY CALLED COMPANY POLICIES.

WHEN ANY COMPANY LAW GETS BROKEN, A LAWYER KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION FOR THEIR CLIENTS' BEST RESULTS.

There are times when a company may violate its own rules, or they may break a provincial or federal law by not following the Health Canada regulations or Ministry of Labour standards. The workers could go to a business lawyer or personal injury lawyer if someone gets injured due to broken company laws or regulations.

In some cases, the workers may break a company law where the company will go after the worker or even a customer. It all depends on the situations, but the lawyer will look over the facts and come up with a case to draw a narrative.
