NOTARY

a notary is just a call away

A notary is an appointee in the province he/she resides and can serve as a witness to the signing of documents with their seal at the bottom of the paper. A notary also gather other witnesses, as he/she is a witness himself/herhelf, to sign the documents. Such documents could be titles, licenses, legal agreements, and other forms of documents that can hold up in the court of law. A notary will also take note to ensure the parties involved are signing all documents freely and without pressure from outside sources or from within the parties. The notary will remain impartial, and they are the mediators to stopping fraud from occurring. They serve as the official who also keeps records of all the business they have tended. It is an organized and legal way to handle business with official documents.

CARMAN FENG IS ALSO A NOTARY PUBLIC, AND HE HAS MANY OTHER TASKS UNDER THIS POSITION AS WELL.

Signature

CARMAN FENG ALSO COVERS THE LEGAL SIDE OF CONTRACTS. AS A NOTARY, HE CAN SIGN AND OFFICIATE OVER THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACTS.

WITH HIS LEGAL BACKGROUND, CARMAN FENG ALSO KNOWS FIRSTHAND THE LAW'S SIDE AND ALL THE LEGALITIES OF SIGNING A CONTRACT BETWEEN TWO OR MORE PARTIES.

A contract is a document that is a legal binding statement on paper. Two or more parties agree and sign the document after an agreement gets finalized. Should there be any disagreements after the contract gets signed on either side, the signatures are binding in the court of law, and a judge will rule according to what is stated in the contract. There was a time when a person could shake hands, and everything would be good. A person's words were worth their weight in gold. These days, no one should be trusted when it comes to business.
